Joey is a young boy who like to have fun in the snow but does not any friends to play with as seen in the episode Chill Out. He is voiced by Cindy Robinson.
Joey is a small young boy with a round head, since it's winter he wears a yellow snow cap with a puffball on top, a green coat with dark green gloves. He also wears grey pants and a pair of dark blue boots.
Personality[]
Joey like to do challenging stuff, but with the absence of friends he's limited to what he can do. He doesn't take into precaution when Uncle Grandpa told him the history of the North Pole and Joey goes ahead and starts a war with the snowmen. He also stays to true himself and gets to save Uncle Grandpa in the challenging way he always wanted to do, as she showed that he was a skilled gun man.
