Milton is a big cat, he's very fat and round. His fur has black and white patches and he's often referred to as a moocow. Most of the time, he's covered in filth and described to as stinky be other people.

Milton is a very lazy house cat, he talks in a simple manner and he feels like he doesn't get enough respect from his owner Jim. Milton also has a pretty big appetite and will eat almost anything especially drinking from the filth puddles on the street. He's very laid back and doesn't wish to take baths because cats are afraid of water, he was also shown to be friendly towards the Uncle Grandpa's in the performance and a tad bit slow when he found out that they wanted to eat him.
