Ricky is a young boy, since he attended a school dance he's wearing a white and light blue tuxedo, with a white shirt and light blue pants. He has his sleeves rolled up by his hands and he wears white dress shoes with light blue socks. Since his original tongue got removed, his new tongue is a green angry caterpillar.

Ricky is a real timid boy, he is normally very nervous when it came to trying to talk to his crush, Christina. Ricky feels like he get's tongue tied until it was found out his tongue was really tied up. He normally gets worried when it comes to him believing he won't get his tongue back, but he shows determination when he tries to swallow his tongue, pulls out his tongue from Christina's mouth, and asks her to dance with him.

Ricky's name could reference the character Rick Sanchez from "Rick and Morty" a character that Justin Roiland voices, just like he voices Ricky's Tongue.
